The new 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program is designed to help people achieve personal and interpersonal effectiveness from the inside out. This 7 Habits program can assist organizations to develop a common set of values while it applies to leaders, managers, and frontline associates.
The new 7 Habits Signature Program is a training program that will provide participants with three general applications:

The new program has six steps to success:
- 7 Habits Benchmark is a tool designed to measure current effectiveness. This prework activity serves as a point from which to work forward.
- Three-Day Signature Program emphasizes effectiveness in the workplace. It includes exercises and case studies participants can directly apply to their roles at work, at home, and in the community.
- FranklinCovey Planning System is provided in various forms so that participants can choose what works best for them.
- Seven-Week 7 Habits Contract is a post-workshop experience where participants have the opportunity to teach each of the 7 Habits to peers and those within their Circle of Influence.
- Maximizer One-Day Work Session is a follow-up exercise design to implement the skills, tools, and applications learned.
- A second 7 Habits Benchmark is processed to actually measure improvements.
